Without going too wide,Banks are people who consider you for some reasons before loaning out money for you, they must confirm that is either you have an insurance or you have an asset to stand for or maybe you are a working class individual. The reasons why Loan in banks are risky are:
1. An asset is been required as an exchange before you pay them and once you can't pay,your asset or assets are gone
2. Guarantor are sometimes needed which someone will stand for you, in case anything occurs, the person will be held responsible.
3. Whenever you loan out a money or cash,your mind will never be at rest until you see the root of the total payment.
